First, a detailed consultation is conducted with the client, covering the areas that can be improved by the surgery, the recovery period, and case studies of other clients.
After deciding to proceed with the surgery, blood tests are conducted, and pre-operative instructions are given.
On the day of the surgery, markings are made on the surgical area, and the procedure is performed.
If only arm liposuction is being performed, twilight anesthesia can be used, and the patient is placed in a prone position for the arm contouring and liposuction procedure.
After injecting a tumescent anesthetic solution, VASER ultrasound at 36000 Hz is used to vibrate and emulsify the fat. The emulsified fat is then suctioned out using a cannula.
VASER can extract a high percentage of pure fat. Once the extraction is complete, the incision is closed.
